Valeo Project Lead interview questions

Invited by a telephone interview by recruit agent in two weeks after delivering online application. Agent asked few very simple questions like how many years stayed at that company, but no any professional questions, no introduction of company and position. After then no further feedback so far over one month. Very disappointed in their company image and unprofessional recuiting process.
