process includes: phone screen, interview with hiring manager, take home assessment, and panel interview.
the company seems to have an intense / grind culture which was shared during the phone screen and the HM interview so i appreciated the honesty. the interviews were focused on your background / behaviorals. the HM did not seem very friendly and was not someone that i wanted to work with in the future so i am glad i did not make it past this round. don't think it's a great fit for me for culture or role.
