- Head of Talent reached out to me via Linkedin, scheduled a video chat the following day. - Interview/screen was pretty straight forward. What really caught me off guard is that the head of talent told me they would be moving forward to the next steps. I send a follow up with no response and guess what? Rejection email, no additional information or response to my reach out. Do better with candidate experience, and don't tell candidates you're moving forward and rejecting them after. I wouldn't recommend working here based on that experience alone.
