This was a multi-step process of a pre-screen phone interview to schedule the first interview, which was also phone based. It took several emails and voice messages to get to this step as there were communication / scheduling issues with the Valpak folks. The first phone interview was conversational and felt comfortable. It went well so I was invited in for an interview, which also went very well. I met with the owner of the Franchise and then two others. It went well and I was asked to take a personality test. This was online based and expires if you do not take it within 48 hours I believe. I did fine with the test, but Valpak went silent for a couple of weeks despite my constant follow up via the phone and email. Finally, I was declined the position because of not having advertising sales experience to small businesses.
