First round: an online technical talk with an Indian guy. When I was talking (answering questions) I could clearly hear he was sometimes eating something and typing on his keyboard. He was not interested in any attitude, instead, was checking if I really know Magento despite the fact I do have a certification about it.

Very detailed and lengthy. The interviewer took 1.25 hrs for the process without leaving any corner of my profile. Very helpful and I had wonderful learning experience with it. The process was lengthy in time as it took about 1 month to release the offer.
