It was the weirdest interview I've ever had. The two people who were in the interview did not ask any questions. They didn't know how to interview someone or what to ask. The HR was not in the interview with us. I had to steer the entire interview. I felt like they decided on hiring someone else already so they didn't care about learning anything about me. It felt like a total waste of time.
