I had an initial screening call with a member of the recruiting team, then I went in for 3 face to face interviews. For the second interviews, I had to prepare answers to 4 business challenges which the person hired would be responsible for addressing once hired on. Overall, the process was what I expected, as they wanted to be thorough in getting the right person in the door.
