The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online at Vanguard website. Phone interview a week later. Invite to Charlotte for person to person interview. Vanguard forwarded me my flight and airport information and arrived to Charlotte the afternoon before my interview. Day of interview consisted of a hour presentation on who Vanguard is. Another 2 hours were scheduled for one on one interview which consisted of a case study and role play as well as behavioral questions. Just read over case study and answer questions asked and with the role play remain calm. One on one interviews went by VERY quickly was done 30 mins ahead of schedule. Lastly you take an assessment which does not count toward the hiring process just an assessment to see where you are for training purposes once hired.
Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
