Brought to Vanguard Campus (you have to find your way to the campus, which was an inconvenience since it's located in the suburbs), series of back to back interviews (HR, Management, and Processing Associates . Fit and Case Study based interviews. Everyone is pretty friendly. In the case study you're given a fact sheet of mock products and you must recommend a plan of action to the client.
In person interview involved a series of questions. It is best to be prepared at the interview like carry a notebook. It would be best to practice the interview and be prepared and friendly.

Overall it was a standard interview. First you have to do a phone call interview and if they like your answers you go to the company in person. Once you are there they give you quick tour, give you a case study, and lastly a behavioral interview.
