Interview
Very straightforward. One 45 minute phone interview with behavioral questions followed by a Super Day at their office (I interviewed at the office in Malvern, PA). The Super Day was pretty long and lasted from early morning until ~3pm. The day included breakfast, interviews, information sessions, tour, lunch, roundtable discussion, and a wrap-up session.

Nothing complicated in the first phone screen interview. Asked what I knew about Vanguard, what services it provides, and reviewed the content on my resume. Everything was fairly simple as long as you know why you want to work there and in that position.
