Interview
I applied online, and had an employee I know follow-up with the HR department. I was quickly offered a telephone interview. The interview was rescheduled by the interviewer. She gave me several dates, and when I chose my date I never heard back to confirm. The interview was typical behavioral questions. She was a recruiter, graduated college a year ago. I thought it went well. Interviewer I received a response in 18 days, and was encouraged to apply for a position after graduation.

Interview
One phone interview with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions were specifically about vanguard and their portfolio. The interview was not very personable and the technical questions were hard in my experience.
Smooth process, reasonably friendly throughout. Didn't really stress too much about it. Very big on culture and making sure you are the right fit for the firm. I would recommend speaking to current crew beforehand.

Interview
Was pretty straightforward like every other finance interview process. I would recommend studying up on the company, and knowing basic financial questions. Overall a good experience if you have a compassionate recruiter.
