Interview
The interview was relaxed and positive. There was a phone screening then a one on one in person interview in Malvern. I was told I did well the day after the interview then waited for a month to hear that they were no longer adding people onto the position.

STAR question based interviews, interviewers do not conversate, only ask questions and write down your response and then ask you another STAR question. This isnt the way I like to interview but for some it ok.

Interview
First it was a phone call interview that asked behavioral questions. It was then followed up by a face to face interview at the branch. I was flown out to Arizona along with other people attending the class that is based off a group presentation before/after individual one on one interviews.
