Started with a brief 15 minute phone screen, pretty standard. Next was a 1 hour Skype interview with 2 of the hiring managers. They asked standard behavioral and situational questions, walked them through my resume, and asked them questions about the role. Got a slightly different description than in the phone screen, but no big deal, that happens. Lastly, I was brought on site for a case interview with 1 of the hiring managers from the previous call and 1 new person. I was given the prompt a week in advance and was instructed to prepare a powerpoint deck or report and email to the HR person the night before the interview. Case interview went decently enough although it seemed like they expected me to have a thorough knowledge of the organizational makeup and structure of their product portfolio to an extent that no external employee would realistically have. After over 3 weeks and 3 interviews and tons of email correspondence, I never received any follow up despite sending thank you emails and follow ups. I only found out I did not receive an offer through the automated system email. That left a pretty sour taste in my mouth that they could not even be bothered to reach out personally after the amount of time both parties invested.
