Horrible and Unprofessional. Recruiter will not get back to you. Interviewers were pleasant and questions are based on your experience. At least 2 rounds of technical interview but recruiters need to show professionalism

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied for the UK position through Cornwallis ELT after they reached out to me. There are two stages of interview that I took in the first two weeks in June 2021. First round of interview was with Head of Architecture, based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Following that round there was another round with their Solution Architect and an Enterprise Architect both are based in US as well.
There is absolutely no feedback or an update. I kept chasing the agency who were saying that they are chasing but haven't heard from the client.
It is absolutely disappointing not hear back from Vanguard after the interview. If they are not interested in how the interview went or not looking to fulfill the position, they should say that. It is not professional to go quiet. Not sure where the chain has broken in terms of Vanguard or the employment agency. As both interviewer and interviewee has taken their valuable times to speak in first place, there must be a logical closure.
It has happened to me in the past as well through Cornwallis. Going forward I would be very skeptical dealing with both Vanguard and Cornwallis.
