Hour long phone interview, then followed up by office visit. really nice people, asked about bonds, stocks, ETF's, and some behavioral questions. Half of the interview was behavioral questions and the other half was about what I knew about vanguard and the company values and culture, and what I knew about what they offered.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate.
