They call up first for an interview to be done. They then ask you to come in for an interview which is around an hour at the Malvern sight. It is done with manager's from the department. They ask you a few questions in reference to your experience and then they have a case study of an actual problem resolution that you may deal with on the phones. Overall a simple process and not overall intimidating for the most part depending on the person interviewing you.
