The interview process typically involves several stages, including application screening, initial interviews, technical assessments, and final interviews. Candidates are evaluated for their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization. Successful candidates proceed through these stages to secure a job offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vantagepoint ai (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
Had brief first interview with HR recruiter at job fair. Next interview was with direct prospective supervisor at company office. It was obvious she did not have good interview skills, however she agreed that I had all of the necessary skills and experience and pretty much indicated that I had the job. She said that the President liked to meet the candidates before an offer was made. She made it sound like he just rubber-stamped her decision. I had a third interview the following week with the President and realized that he was an even worse interviewer than the prospective female manager. However, I fully expected an offer and was stunned when the female manager left me a voice mail message stating that they had made an offer to another candidate. I had been told that they were looking to fill 2-3 openings for the same job. I reached out to her to find out why I wasn't offered a position, however she never contacted me again. In the meantime, the company continues to post openings for this same job. I feel they are extremely unprofessional and shady in their dealings with prospective employees. In addition, they mislead you to believe that they pay 100% of benefits, when in fact their medical insurance requires you to pay a huge deductible of several thousand dollars. In retrospect, as I've continued to research MT and their business practices, I believe I dodged a bullet by not being offered a position. In addition, who wants to work in the boonies of Wesley Chapel?!
I’m sorry to hear that your interview experience with us was not what you expected. We are always looking for top talent to fill positions within our growing company, but not everyone who goes through the interview process will be given an offer, as was the case with you. It is because of these incredibly high standards that our team members are so successful and we have an overall rating on Glassdoor of 4.5 and our president has an approval rating of 94%. Please note that our company pays 100% of the premiums for both health and dental. What you’re referring to is deductible limits, not premium costs. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
