I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vantagepoint ai in Apr 2024
Interview
The first interview was a quick call just to make sure you had experience. The second interview was a roleplay, they went hard on every objection including I'm busy, gotta talk to my husband, price, does the software work, etc. (I didn't close and made it to the third interview). Third was an interview with Lane who immediately said he didn't have time and rushed me through the process. Asked what I did in previous experiences and brushed off most of my comments. Asked what I liked about the roleplay and how I did. Ultimately didn't discuss salary or anything about the role and rushed to end the call. Don't spend 2 weeks training for these interviews just do your best and move on, the company isn't worth stressing over.
had to go through 3 interviews inlcuding the first one talking about growth and what i was looking for in a job then the second one was a mock sales call and then the third one was going over sales expectations and salary and benefits
