We're pleased you had a positive experience with Jennifer throughout the interview process. However, we're surprised by the majority of your review here on Glassdoor, especially considering the follow-up email you sent after your interview, where you expressed gratitude for the opportunity and mentioned none of the concerns raised here. In fact, you stated you were "hopeful about joining the VantagePoint A.I. team" and made no mention of any dissatisfaction. We don’t take offense to your review, we understand sometimes people are hurt when rejected and not offered a position with the Company, and we understand it makes them feel better to vent.
But since you made personal statements regarding our president, Lane Mendelsohn, it’s important to note that when we knew he was delayed and prevented from attending immediately, we promptly called you to inform you of the delay and we apologized. At that time, you raised no objection. Your claims about Mr. Mendelsohn, and our company business are not only inaccurate but deeply misguided. Lane has led VantagePoint with dedication and vision, driving the company’s growth through his own achievements for decades, not because of anything else. Your suggestions otherwise are both unfounded and unprofessional.
VantagePoint's software is trusted by over 40,000 traders worldwide for its cutting-edge A.I. technology, and we stand behind its proven value. Alongside providing a full benefits package and healthcare covered, the compensation structure and job expectations are clearly communicated during the hiring process, and we pride ourselves on a transparent and merit-based environment. These positions are intended for A-Team salespeople and the uncapped commissions allow for high earning potential, which many team members achieve.
We understand that not everyone is the right fit for our team, but we maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity — something we expect from both current and prospective employees. We wish you well as you pursue other opportunities.
