There is a three-step process including a 5-minute phone call, then a roleplay sales call, and then the final interview. I made it the roleplay interview before being rejected. They did not give me much information about the specifics of what the offer was and I did not get to talk to any hiring manager.

Question 1
They asked me to tell me a little about myself in the brief phone call then gave me a very detailed roleplay phone call interview that involved talking to one of their hiring team members as if they were a customer. The roleplay was very difficult in the sense that they are trying to hang up the phone the minute they answer.
I had just one quick role play with an HR representative then one interview with the sales manager after that the interview process was completed. I then heard back from the HR representative the following day.
