Average technical interview. Difficult in some parts if you don't have a basic understanding of Electronics. Questions range from And/Or gates to computer components. Must have a decent background of being a technician also for some questions i.e. knowing how to half split.

Face to face interview like previous work scenario and core-experience.Communication written and oral test but not aptitude test.The project you involved and how you finished the project ? Did you get any appraisal for the project.How many project you involved and your designation to complete the project ...etc etc.
