Interview
There were two interviewers. To begin with the questions were about my work and project experience and later they got little more detailed; some of which were on the process by which simulation were done, element types of the FEA model etc. Interviewers were very friendly and casual. The interviewer ended with a site-tour.

It was great! Applied online, recruiter reached out to me and did basic interview. It was followed by an interview with hiring manager. After that hiring manager, including 3 other engineers took interview. Finally, hiring manager, director, and the HR partner interviewed me. Got the decision 2 days afterwards!

Interview
A recruiter found my resume their database and contacted me regarding an engineer position available. A telephone interview was scheduled a few days later with the hiring manager. During the interview, any skills or experience I had mentioned did not seem to interest the hiring manager. It seemed that the position was geared more towards a experiment/test engineer than a mechanical engineer. The interview was cut short at around 20 minutes as we both figured this position was a mismatch for the both of us.
