Did a phone interview and called back too many times to get an update on my status. They picked up every time, but I wish they would have been more straightforward and sent the rejection email asap...Giving people false hope is never cool.

3 rounds. Pretty easy interview process, asked about stuff on the resume and pretty basic behavioral and one or two technical questions. First round was with an associate; second round was with 3 other managers; third was with a senior employee.

A phone screening, then followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Nothing too technical or intense. I was asked about my interest in the field and then some questions on my subject matter.
