In the first round, I had an interview with a recruiter who asked me about general information such as my location, resident status, salary aspirations, and why I wanted to work for Varian. I also had to share a challenging situation from my previous job and if I had any questions for them. The second interview was with the team manager. She asked me to walk her through my resume, questioned me about a challenging situation from my previous job, and inquired about my knowledge of cultural awareness. The third round was with two senior managers. They also asked me to walk them through my resume and questioned where I saw myself in 5 and 10 years from now. They also asked how I dealt with communication issues and if my skills were transferable to this new industry based on my background. At first, I received a rejection letter, but after a week, they sent me an offer. I accepted it, and now I'm working on my background check. I'm really happy that I got my dream internship.

I took 3 rounds of interviews and completed a case analysis. The first round is HR screening and the others are with the team. The whole process is very smooth and the recruiting teams are very supportive.
