The offer came in after a series of 6 rounds of video interviews (with an interval of 1-2 weeks between interviews) with group panels and one on ones. After each interview HR regularly contacted me via phone to discuss the feedback from both sides. I spoke with about 10 people, including HR, managers, architects, and other technical employees. My impression was that people really care about what they do, are laid back, and the work ambiance looks positive. Not a single occasion I felt like interviewing because the conversations were genuine and engaging albeit once or twice difficult questions came up. Once towards the last round of the interview series I was asked about my weakness that I'm willing to work on improving (the question I'm not fond of), what the company knew by that time already from their own assessment of my profile, and I confirmed it. The response was pretty appreciating. Interviewers were prepared, talked about the work in a clear manner sometimes showed presentation slides to make me really understand what they want to convey. The security team asked great questions regarding my CV not heard from elsewhere. Besides technical things, we talked about the medical field and about the innovations in oncology. I learned tons about oncology and corresponding treatments throughout the interviews. After the last round, I still had the opportunity to ask questions missed during the interviews earlier. The questions were forwarded to the appropriate people and I got them answered. The coordination took place between three countries (Hungary, Switzerland, Finland) and information flow was just smooth. I did not experience miscommunication which ever happened when I interviewed with other large companies. I voiced some concerns towards the end of the hiring process about something that personally bothered me. HR was keen on working towards mitigating my concerns but to a level good enough rather than desired. The way the company is handling issues seems to be steady. The environment looks cooperative but it's also strictly regulated. HR was responsive, focused, and gentle with questions/forcing throughout the hiring process. While I applied for one position, we discussed two positions and I got the other one which appears to be more suitable. People I spoke with seem to be happy in their positions. The overall experience was unique so it would not be right to forget about writing a review.
