Applied on LinkedIn and official website. Contacted by recruiter by email and no phone calls ever. Took two weeks for HR coordinator to schedule an interview and first round somehow skipped hiring manager. Asked recruiter why and he never responded. Interviewed with 3 team members and hr coordinator said feedback should be provided within a week. Ever since then, was ghosted by the recruiter. I followed up twice - not even a form rejection. I would expect more professionalism and consideration given that interviewees take so much time out of their day to prepare and interview. Not impressed at all if this is indicative of what it would be like to work there.
