30 minute initial phone screen followed up by 2 additional 1 hour interviews with a a team lead and a manager.
I was told I would have feedback by the end of the week. After 2 weeks and a follow up email, I haven’t heard anything. I was ghosted. In a world where there are high expectations for technical recruiters you should do better, even if it’s a generic rejection. We took the time to interview, you should have the courtesy to provide an outcome.
