Find my resume from a job board. Did a brief phone screening, had me in for 1 interview, rated me then made a decision about the job. One of the most laid back interviews I have ever had. Mainly just kind of talked through most of the interview with a question being thrown in here and there.

Interview
Agency called me for a technician II job and I said I was interested. Got a phone interview with the manager and he invited me face to face. He showed me around the manufacturing area and I got soe test by building an assembly with another manager or lead manager or tech and he showed me around more. After my skills test the hiring manager showed me around the place even more.

Difficult part was how I could shoe them how I was interested in the job and good enough they hired me. It took about 10 days from face to face interview to my first day of the job. Backgroynd check and drug test cleared and now I work for varian.
