Three rounds over 6 months. All via video. One on one interview, peer interview, second one on one. Background check and drug screening. Staff is pretty friendly. No big egos. It takes a long time to get hired here, six months is normal per other employees. You really need to be passionate about the companies mission to get hired here. And the staff here is mostly all very talented.
