Initial phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview at the office with the hiring manager, next an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a future coworker, and finally a breakfast interview with the team where they offered me the job.

They had me do a writing sample where they gave me 15 (I think) minutes to read and summarize an article.
