The interview process was intense, but not overdone. I believe it was 3 rounds following a recruiter screening. The last round was challenging as I had no sales experience and had to do a mock cold call, with no training. We had an informal phone call to discuss the position and the company as a whole. The call was about 20 minutes long, and not very helpful. The representative gave me an overview of what the company does, and of the salary expectations. When I brought up negative reviews I saw online, she was very defensive, would not directly answer my questions, and blamed the employees who wrote the reviews for their bad experience. I, personally, would not enjoy working for an employer who thinks they can do no wrong, and uses lower level employees as the "fall guys".
