The interview process was two parts with a Varonis recruiter performing the initial screening. The recruiter asked basic questions regarding experiences and desires. The first technical interview lasted around 1.5 hours and does require the interviewee to respond to various scenarios and questions. Overall, this interview was not difficult. The final interview was with senior team leaders and their questions surrounded behavioral style questions. Nothing too difficult and no wrong answers.
