I was interrupted when attempting to provide context or elaborate on my experience, which hindered my ability to fully communicate my fit for the position. The interviewer mentioned that I might be considered for other roles in the future, but the overall experience left me knowing I would not want to work in a team that seemed dismissive of my background and contributions. It's unfortunate to feel as though the interview was treated as a formality rather than a genuine opportunity to evaluate my potential fit with the company.
