Interview
The interview process is in-depth and demanding, but a great opportunity for you to get an idea of the company and the role, while they get an idea of you. The process is 5 stages. After submitting your CV you have a 45 min interview with the university recruiter, who asks why you are interested in the company and the role based on your CV. Then a 1hr hiring manager interview with a program manager, who is mainly interested in why you want to work in the specific program at Veeva. The third stage is a 10 day long case study where they give you access to Veeva software and ask you to configure a solution to a fake client scenario. This stage takes a lot of time (30-40hrs) but they give you some flexibility on the start and end date. You are expected learn the software independently and present to a panel, posing as employees of the fake company for 1hr. This is a job sim as well, so you can get an idea of what the role would entail if you were successful. Then a cultural interview with another program manager, who is interested in your experiences and personality and whether they would be a good fit with the company culture. Finally there is an informal peer-to-peer chat where you can find out more about the role and working life. Overall I would say this is a very in-depth and thorough process, but everyone I spoke to was very nice and genuinely seemed supportive of me getting the job. Just be aware of the time commitment required for the case study when making your initial application.

Very Disorganized Interview Process & Unreasonable Expectations
I recently interviewed for an Associate Consultant role at Veeva, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. Despite the position being advertised as 100% remote, the interviewer insisted that I needed to live in a specific area, which was never mentioned in the job posting.
Additionally, they made it clear they wanted someone with absolutely no other responsibilities—no school, no side projects—essentially expecting full availability beyond just a standard job. This was especially confusing because they don’t even require a degree for the role, yet they have such strict and contradictory expectations.
The entire experience felt disorganized and misleading. If you're considering applying, be prepared for unclear job requirements and a potentially frustrating interview process.
