Started with the personality test, then this was followed by a behavioral interview with a VP. Went through my background, interest in the role, and some standard behavioral questions. After this, I was given some data and a case and then a week to prepare a deck to present. This took quite a bit of time. I overthought it a bit, but I think they care more so about your thought process. For the final presentation, they asked questions throughout and at the end. Then also had a few questions unrelated to the presentation, which I wasn't expecting but quickly thought through my past preparation for behavioral.

A very positive interview experience. I was kept in the loop with updates and all interviews were arranged promptly at the various stages. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and personable and took a very genuine interest in me. The case study was very stimulating and I enjoyed doing it. Overall a great experience.
(I only rate the interview as difficult as the case study is challenging in a good way - a great way to really demonstrate your understanding of the role and field and show them how you think)
