It started off with a fairly normal behavioral/ introductory interview with the main recruiting manager. From there, I was invited to participate in a “super day” where I (virtually) attended a presentation with other candidates for the Analytics Development Program, then I had to do a case study interview. The case study involved me walking through a bunch of different graphs and tables and answering questions about them. A lot of the questions were open-ended and intentionally vague, to see how my thought process functioned.
