Interview
Unless you really really need a kick-start to your career, I'd recommend to not apply here. This is mainly due to two factors in the interview process. For one, they are deceptive about your salary range (they don't offer the highest range posted at all, which is especially low for a consultant). The other being the incredibly long interview process. They require you to take on a consultant project for a week (this is like free labor) and for students, you realistically don't have a whole lot of time to be investing in both classwork AND this take home case. For the most part, I'd say not worth your time unless you either REALLY wanna work here or desperately need a job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work at Veeva, but more specifically [insert business function here]?
2 rounds. The first round was behavioral. For the second round, they give you homework and have you present your work to a manager. Both interviewers were very nice. The homework for the second interview was very time-consuming, but kind of fun. Good communication through the process.
Personality assessment via Rembrandt. Ranked options and also included some comprehension and basic maths questions as well as some logic questions comparing concepts and words to each other. Overall straightforward.
i only got to the personality assessment stage which is the next stage after you apply. it was a mix of math questions and ranking situations also a few comprehension questions.
