I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (London, England)
Interview
4 steps. 1st with recruiter, 2nd is a demo of their platform, 3rd is with a hiring manager and 4th is a peer-review with a recent consultant. None of the steps are difficult, except the ones with the hiring manager. As many have said already, questions that are unprofessional will be asked. Such as what other company have you applied for and what field are they in, or how were your parents growing up.

Question 1
What motivates you ? Why Veeva and why the associate consultant role ?
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
