30 mins screening interview with Talent representative, Got to know about the role, very generic behavioral questions and talked about background, skills and experience. potential career goals.

- Rd 3: Onsite, 4 rounds (2 technical, 2 behavioural)
I thought it was a pretty fair, good interviewers for the most part and company seems good
I interviewed for the job at Veeva where my skillset appeared to be a perfect fit. It was considered "informal" as it was only with the hiring manager. The conversation went well and I was surprised to receive an email from him that "you are not a good cultural fit". Yes my background may not be typical but if you think the company is not going to benefit from hiring you please find a different reason for rejection, especially for when the interview is done by one person? Its 2022.
