The interview process at Velocity was thorough and enjoyable. They did a great job setting clear expectations from the initial screening to the final round. Outside of the preliminary screenings (2) with members of the HR team, I participated in four interviews. The third round was with individuals I had met with in round one, however this round was more involved. I was asked to present on a past project and incorporate my approach to product ideation through development/execution. I appreciated this round the most as it demonstrated the company's commitment to hiring top talent.
