I only made it through the phone interview as I was then required to take a Word assesment test. I am skilled in Word 2010, and that is what i was advised I would be taking the assessment in. However, the Word test was the most recent version of Word and I was not prepared. Maybe that was my own fault, but they should be clear as to what version you will be tested in.
