I have applied for a few positions and have been contacted by several recruiters. While I won’t name them here, I want to share my experience. The recruiters are friendly and make you feel like you’re a great fit for the role. They call you to gather your information and tell you about the company, which is located in a nice building. However, they often become unprofessional. They stop responding to emails, and even though they promise to follow up, they rarely do. I’ve been ghosted by these recruiters too many times, which leads me to suspect that this company might be a scam. It’s unacceptable to promise a callback and then not follow through.
