The interview process was different than what you would expect. Venterra focuses on cultural fit and personality. I interviewed with 3 managers and the experience was very positive. The first interview was a short Skype interview. The interviews included behavioral type questions as well as discussing the skills and values I can bring to the company. I noticed right away that Venterra is very careful on deciding who to bring aboard with the company. After the first interview I took an assessment test. Then a few days later I was invited back for another interview with the hiring manager. The interview was more in depth and included a meet and greet with the staff and lunch. They made me feel very welcomed. The last interview was more of an observation day where I can get a better idea of how everyone works together and the work environment. My overall experience was positive as I felt that Venterra puts in great effort to make sure we both feel that we would be a good fit together.
