I applied online. I interviewed at Ventura Foods (Brea, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Collaborative team/panel based structure focused on behavioral interview questions. Interviews were a great way to understand the culture and to meet the key team members the position supports. Danielle Carson was the recruiter that initially made contact with me regarding the position. She set a very realistic stage of how the interview process would flow. Danielle and I met prior to my initial panel interview to help me prepare and to offer some reflection on the areas that I should strengthen before interviewing. This really helped me to stay focused which I believe lead to receiving an offer.
