Interview
There was no proper interview process. The company contacted me in the first week to schedule an interview, and I agreed. The next week, I was informed that I did not meet their criteria for TypeScript experience, despite having 5 years of experience in this field. This was a very unprofessional process. Why bother contacting me in the first place if I didn't meet the criteria?
