Interview
The interview process began with an over-the-phone interview with the HR recruiting person. She asked a few questions about the physical demands of the company, and then referenced me to a job that included leadership, the Fleet technician/Market Lead position. I told them I had no experience, but that I was willing to learn. She said the next step was a Zoom video interview with the regional manager. That interview was interesting, as I never interviewed for a job over my computer. He asked me general questions, tell me about yourself, why VeoRide, etc. No abnormal questions were asked, and he said he would review the candidates list and get back to me. I was hired the next day.
