Interview
I applied online with a very relevant background, performing the same job previously for a competitor. I phone screened with a recruiter, who sent me a 24 hr exercise that was easy for anyone who has done the job before, though it could potentially be challenging for someone without the right context.
I later had a video interview with a regional manager that was very laid back and positive.
I was scheduled for an in-person interview at one of their operations, which lasted an hour and consisted of very high-quality questions and scenarios, aimed at determining leadership capability, conflict resolution, data analysis and problem solving.
I was informed I would be notified of a decision within a week, yet I never heard anything back from them.
I personally believe it is extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate after 4 stages of interviewing. If their corporate management is handled anything like their hiring process, I consider myself lucky for not receiving an offer.

Question 1
How skilled are you in the use of Excel/Google Sheets?
I was scheduleded for a 30min video interview, received a confirmation email and multiple reminders including the night before. I logged on a few minutes before the interview was supposed to start and received a screen saying that the video would start when the host logged on. Sat and waited until halfway through the allotted time before getting off. I sent an email to the person that had scheduled the interview and was supposed to conduct it but have not heard anything back. I can't imagine it's too much of a missed opportunity if they're already showing a lack of respect for people's time at the very first interview. Completely unprofessional behavior.
I applied online. I interviewed at Veo in Aug 2021
Interview
Applied for the role and got contacted by someone to schedule the interview virtually. Was asked questions about my management experiences etc. I was told they would contact me in a week or two and I followed up a couple times after not hearing back. Needles to say I was completely ghosted, and not given the courtesy of knowing if I did not get the role. Instead my emails went unanswered.

Question 1
Was asked questions about my management experiences, if I knew how to use excel, how would I make decisions without SOPs to guide me. Also got questions about my supervisory style and how would I manage several “blue collar” technicians and how did I feel about having to come in on weekends/afterhours and learning how to service the vehicles.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veo in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied in july and interviewed with their recruiter over zoom first then completed their test and interviewed with the hiring manger. The test was the hardest part as they don't give many direction about what they're looking for. Easy process overall. Appreciated the transparency on salary in the interview. With my qualifications, the pay was low but the process was pleasant overall
