Interviewed with HR over the phone, and then was scheduled to have an interview for the next stage. On the day of the interview, the person did not show up to the interview. I called over the phone to check and HR said HR would send another calendar invite to reschedule. Just like all the other reviews here, they have ghosted me. I called several days later just to give them a benefit of the doubt. They did not respond.
I thought my case will be different from others, but it wasn't. Very Unprofessional

Several red flags throughout the process.
Started with a phone screen that mentioned they don't have an ID team and also "didn't know" who designed their own vehicles.
Explained that there was a design challenge but couldn't provide any info about what that entails even in general terms.
Did a real interview which was okay, but never heard back even after a follow-up email.
Fellow IDers beware- seems fishy all around. I've seen the ID position open for over a year so I'm speculating the reason just might be to get free designs via the "challenges".
