Interview
I had an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute interview with someone I'd work closely with. Afterwards, I was given an assignment with a 48-hour deadline. Unfortunately, I received no prior notice and the deadline fell on the weekend. After submitting the assignment, I was contacted by the recruiter who informed me that it did not pass (I'm not even sure who reviewed the submission). Overall, the experience was not great as the assignment required me to work on the weekend with no prior notice. It felt like Veo was suggesting that weekend work is a requirement for the company, which is not ideal for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It was a disappointing experience.
