I was referred to Veo through a contact. My first meeting was an HR screening which was better than most screenings I've done. It really gave me a good sense of Veo as a company. From there, I met with the hiring manager. The conversation was pretty casual and truly was a conversation more than an interview which was refreshing. After that, HR was back in touch within a day to let know I was moving to the final round. This stage was a take home project that I had 48 hours to complete. It was directly relevant to my whole and was pretty fun. I presented it to the hiring manager and a panel of peers. Veo let me know the next day they were extending an offer. It was one of the smoothest and best interview processes that I have ever completed.
